我订阅了 ChatGPT Plus，但 Codex Windows 应用中的所有本地工具调用均无法运行，错误始终为：
code-mode host exited during handshake
问题在所有新任务中均可复现。由于执行宿主在握手前退出，甚至 Get-Date 也无法实际执行。
环境：
- Windows 10 家庭中文版 22H2
- OS Build 19045.6466
- Codex 包版本 26.825.4187.0 x64
- 之前的 26.820.7780.0 也出现相同问题
已经完成：
- 完全退出应用并多次重启 Windows
- 新建任务测试
- 修复、重置/干净配置测试及重新安装 Codex
- DISM 和 SFC 系统修复；SFC 复查显示无完整性冲突
- AppX 包状态为 OK
- AppModel-Runtime 显示应用进程和容器正常创建
- Code Integrity 日志没有程序拦截记录
- Windows PowerShell 5.1 可以在 Codex 外正常运行
- 可靠性监视器记录 ChatGPT.exe 多次停止响应
我没有很多钱，只想体验一下会员才订阅了plus，可我把我的额度都因为app的bug被迫浪费在了这上面...
