Description

Using latest codex-cli 0.150.1 with a PRO subscription with Cyber I keep getting rejected from using gpt-daybreak-blue-latest:

■ Conversation interrupted - tell the model what to do differently. Something went wrong? Hit /feedback to report the issue.

I'm working on Bitcoin Core (https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin) and libsecp (https://github.com/bitcoin-core/secp256k1), I can't use the models without cyber, I get rejected just from rebasing an existing PR...

At the same time it's draining tokens at an insane speed (in about a span of 2 hours my weekly quota + $1000 worth of extra tokens) were completely drained:

And whenever I try to send a feedback with attachments I just get:

Failed to upload feedback: feedback/upload failed in TUI

Research direction

Start by reproducing the attachment upload failure in the TUI on codex-cli 0.150.1 and trace the feedback/upload request. Inspect the feedback submission path and verify that feedback with attachments uploads successfully without the reported failure.
