Description
What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
VS Code
What subscription do you have?
Plus
What platform is your computer?
Windows.
What issue are you seeing?
I just got a message saying I hit my usage limit and I would need to wait until 12:23 pm to get more tokens. Fine. At 12:23 it rolled over to a message that says: try again at Sep 2, 2026, 7:23 AM. I'm using Codex directly in VS Code (no outside services). I have not used my weekly quota.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I have no idea.
What is the expected behavior?
I get my token quotas???
Additional information
Not really. I'd like to get the service I pay for. I am not a heavy user (I understand that). But this is nuts.

Research direction
The report names the VS Code integration but no repository files, tests, or entry points. Start by checking how the integration receives and displays quota or usage-limit responses, then reproduce the rollover from the reported limit time and verify that the displayed reset time and available quota match the account state.
