What issue are you seeing?
Terrible user experience. AI runs commands but I don't see them, because you made it grouped, so human control now none. Revert it back to what it was in 0.148.1. Seeing "ran 24 commands" tells me nothing, and ctl+t key shortcut is terrible, it hangs, shows some nonsense that totally useless. Return it to how it was in 148. I hate when ai runs in terminal many commands and I do not see what it does at all.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just make codex run any bunch of work in terminal
What is the expected behavior?

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by having Codex run a batch of terminal commands, then inspect the grouped terminal-action display and the Ctrl+T shortcut behavior described in the report. Done means terminal work is individually visible and the interface no longer presents the grouped summary as the only useful information, matching the reported 0.148.1 behavior.
