5H Limit Roll should be changed to 1 DAY Limit Roll

I think that Codex should consider the 1DAY limit instead. Having longer short-roll limit allows me to work more with AI in a continuous stripe during office hour. If I have to rush finish coding tasks in the day or even at night, I have bigger room for thinking about buying credits for continuing the tasks. The current 5H Limit left me 2 issues: chunking my productivity into windows (in total of about 5 windows but only 2-3 windows are used) and I'll wait for the 5H Limit reset instead of thinking about buying credits in the day.

So I think the 1 DAY Limit Roll will not only improve user experience but also increase credit consumption.

I know that balancing the loads is difficult too but we've been through 1 month without the 5H Limit Reset with almost no outage (from my experience) so I think it's feasible to go with 1 day limit roll.
