Description

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

26.818.61809

What subscription do you have?

Business Plan

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

The ChatGPT desktop app does not show the Skills and Plugins that are installed on my account.

The web version correctly shows my installed and organization-shared Skills, including custom Skills such as:

PR Actor

Thermo-Nuclear Code Quality Review

grill-me

skill-creator

old-photo-enhancer

However, opening the Skills page in the desktop app only shows a set of generic/default Skills such as:

Image Gen

OpenAI Docs

Plugin Creator

Review Agent

Skill Creator

Skill Installer

My actual installed Skills are missing. The same problem appears to affect Plugins.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Feedback ID: no-active-thread-01a03831-53cd-7f40-9af6-0c2138366e51

What is the expected behavior?

The desktop app should show the same account-level installed Skills and Plugins as the web version.

Installed Skills, organization-shared Skills, and their installation state should be synchronized consistently across clients.

Research direction

Start by comparing the desktop app's Skills and Plugins view with the web version for the reported Business Plan account, using the provided Feedback ID and Windows environment. Done means installed and organization-shared Skills and Plugins, including their installation state, appear consistently in the desktop app.
