On the MacOS app, when using the Canva plugin to generate designs I see a placeholder image icon instead of the previews.
When asking ChatGPT about it, it says that "it's probably a display problem of the temporary Canva images"
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Use the Canva plugin on the MacOS app to generate designs and the bug should appear.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Canva plugin flow in the macOS Desktop app using Codex App 26.818.61809, then compare the placeholder image with the expected design preview. Use the submitted chat history and in-app feedback reference 01a028d4-9f0d-7bf3-ac04-0fff76d8326f for additional context; done means generated Canva previews display correctly instead of placeholder icons.
