What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.818.32112

What subscription do you have?

Plus

What platform is your computer?

Windows 11 x64

What issue are you seeing?

internal browser crashes the codex app, if you open a session that tried to use internal browser, or you try to use the internal browser, the application closes immediately without any message.

restarting the application and trying to open the same session crashes the application codex immediately without a message.
