Description

What issue are you seeing?

Tibo announced that every Codex and ChatGPT Work user would receive one BANKED reset for the 20M active-user milestone:

https://x.com/thsottiaux/status/2090947196107764189

Other users are already reporting that the banked reset has appeared, but my account still shows no banked reset / reset credit.

I have checked the Codex/ChatGPT usage UI after the announcement and the banked reset is still absent.

Expected behavior

One banked reset should be credited to the account and appear in the usage/reset-bank UI, as announced for the 20M milestone.

Actual behavior

No banked reset is currently shown on my account.

Additional context

There have been previous reports of some accounts missing banked reset credits (for example #33017, #30726, and #28837), so this may be related to the reset-credit entitlement/ledger rollout rather than the client UI itself.

Could you please confirm whether the 20M banked-reset rollout is still in progress, or whether some accounts may have been missed?

No account IDs, tokens, cookies, or other private account data are included in this report.

Research direction

No files, tests, or code entry points are identified. Start by reviewing the usage/reset-bank UI and the entitlement/ledger rollout context; done would mean confirming why the 20M milestone credit is absent and defining a reproducible, code-level change.
