Research direction

Reproduce this on Windows with OpenAI.Codex_26.814.5167.0_x64: restart the app, click Archive on a conversation, and continue chatting in it. Investigate the archive failure and resulting “thread not found” error; done means Archive succeeds and the conversation remains usable without requiring another restart.
