Description

What subscription do you have?

chat gpt

Which model were you using?

sol

Codex doctor report

What issue are you seeing?

When I run codex clin in terminal I cannot see/interact wiht the session in ChatGPT mobile app.
Claude makes it all seamless, for each individual session I can use /rc to enable remote control of the session. Please make it available for codex-cli as well.

Note: I know that if I start ChatGPT desktop app then it works, but for that I have to exit cli session because they conflict with each other (session write lock).

What steps can reproduce the bug?

create a session in codex-cli and try to access it in remote section of chatGPT mobile app.

What is the expected behavior?

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by creating a session in codex-cli on Windows and checking the Remote section of the ChatGPT mobile app. Review how CLI sessions are exposed to ChatGPT and how the desktop app's session write lock affects them; done means a CLI session can be viewed and interacted with from mobile without requiring the desktop app or conflicting with the CLI.
