What issue are you seeing?

many times, not just once codex intelligence just become dumber than it used to be, it does not even know how to follow PRD architect and plans properly and hallucinate requirement and create new requirement which i did not approve. In the end nowadays i have to literally do it feature by feature, i cannot even let it handle multi tasks anymore.

It was able to perform sometime, not consistent, wasted lots of my tokens.
