UI Bug: OpenAI Developers plugin — broken app icon and truncated "OpenAI Platform" label

What issue are you seeing?

In the OpenAI Developers plugin page,
the App section at the bottom has two visual defects:
Broken image icon:
The app icon for "OpenAI Platform" fails to load and displays the browser’s broken-image placeholder (see attached screenshot).
Truncated label:
The text below the icon is clipped, showing only "Ope" instead of the full "OpenAI Platform" label.
No error message is shown in the UI — it appears to be a layout/rendering issue.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open the Codex app (v26.810.52044).
Navigate to the OpenAI Developers plugin page.
Scroll down to the App section at the bottom of the page.
Observe the broken image placeholder and the truncated "Ope" text label.

What is the expected behavior?

The OpenAI Platform app icon should load and display correctly.
The label below the icon should display the full text "OpenAI Platform" without truncation.

Additional information

Open the Codex app and reproduce the issue on the OpenAI Developers plugin page, focusing on the App section at the bottom. Inspect the UI responsible for the OpenAI Platform icon and label; done means the icon loads and the complete “OpenAI Platform” text is visible without clipping.
