What issue are you seeing?

My Codex weekly usage was scheduled to reset on August 18.
Before the reset, I still had approximately 80–90% of my weekly usage remaining.
My quota was unexpectedly reset to 100% early, and the next reset date was moved from August 18 to August 21.
This effectively caused me to lose the opportunity to use the remaining 80–90% before the originally scheduled August 18 reset.
If this was intended as a complimentary reset, it should not replace or postpone my existing reset window.
Could you please confirm whether my original August 18 reset has been banked or otherwise preserved?

Research direction

Start by reviewing issue #38789 and the Codex Pro usage-reset behavior described there. The payload provides no reproduction steps, source file, entry point, or test to run; done would require confirming the reset-window behavior and documenting a reproducible case or an established expected outcome.
