Description

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

26.803.61601

What subscription do you have?

$200 Pro

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 27.0.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

Codex using Daybreak Blue and Codex Security plugin worked for almost 4 hours, never yielded a result. I asked it to wrap up and stop, outputing a incomplete result, it spent 6% more of my quota that I reseted and then I just stopped.

I suspect it never generated or actually ran anything. It created a temporary worktree but thats about it.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Feedback ID: 019ff40e-c019-7763-b2fd-8732093f0424

What is the expected behavior?

It should produce at least one result or report without consuming all my $200 plan?

Research direction

Start with feedback ID 019ff40e-c019-7763-b2fd-8732093f0424 and the reported Codex version, then investigate the Daybreak Blue and Codex Security run that created only a temporary worktree. Reproduce the prolonged run if possible and verify that it either produces a result or reports a failure without exhausting the subscription quota.
