What issue are you seeing?
on https://github.com/wolfstar-project/agent-zero/pull/27 I ended up causing comment loop because I tagged both for review and they weren't available in my plan
What steps can reproduce the bug?
tag both for review
What is the expected behavior?
no comment loop

I think they were reacting each other or something, that caused the loop
