[Desktop App] Some UI text remains in English when the app language is set to Chinese

Summary

When Codex is set to Chinese, some parts of the desktop app UI are still displayed in English instead of Chinese.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Codex app language to Chinese.
2. Open the relevant menus and UI sections.
3. Observe the interface text.

Expected Behavior

When the app language is set to Chinese, all user-facing UI text should be displayed consistently in Chinese.

Actual Behavior

Some UI text remains in English while the rest of the interface is displayed in Chinese.

Examples shown in the attached screenshots include:

This results in a mixed Chinese and English interface.
