Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. Start by correlating Feedback ID 019fe0ea-5ae3-7fc2-8aaf-d78df856fd3d with Codex App version 26.805.11740 on macOS, then establish whether the capacity error is reproducible and what service or client component owns it; done means the reported model can be run again.
