While the command menu shows:

Toggle Bottom Panel — ⌘J

Pressing ⌘J or selecting the option from the menu has no effect. The bottom panel does not open.

I updated Codex and restarted the app, but the issue persists.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open Codex desktop.
Press ⌘J.
Observe that nothing happens.

What is the expected behavior?

Pressing ⌘J or selecting “Toggle Bottom Panel” should open or hide the bottom panel.

Additional information

This appears similar to the closed issue #28665, but the same behavior is occurring again in the newer app version.
