Description

bug context model-behavior rate-limits

Codex repeatedly compacted context and restarted the same homepage inspection/integration steps without completing them. This continued for approximately two hours and exhausted my weekly usage. It created one file but repeatedly claimed it was about to integrate and test it. Please investigate the attached session and review whether the usage consumed by the looping task can be restored.
