What issue are you seeing?

After the automatic update from the Microsoft Store to the Codex interface, my personal account got locked into the "Work" and "Codex" spaces. The sidebar shows "No chats" and says "You don't have access to Codex yet".
The personal (Personal) workspace option is completely missing from the dropdown menu. Attempting to interact with the UI triggers a critical timeout error.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
  1. Install the ChatGPT desktop app from the Microsoft Store
  2. Accept the latest automatic update that transitions the UI to Codex
  3. Log in with a personal account
  4. Observe that the app forces the account into a locked "Work/Codex" space with an empty sidebar ("No chats")
  5. Notice that the "Repair" and "Reset" buttons in Windows Apps Settings do not clear this state
