What issue are you seeing?

The Windows desktop app exposes a different context menu than chatgpt.com for the same cloud conversation.

Steps to reproduce:

Open an existing cloud conversation on chatgpt.com.
Open the same conversation in the Windows desktop app using the same account.
Open the chat context menu.

Observed behavior:

On chatgpt.com the menu contains "Move to project".

In the Windows desktop app the same conversation does not provide "Move to project".

As a result, existing chats can be moved into Projects from the web interface but not from the desktop app.
