Summary

The ChatGPT macOS application becomes unusable immediately after launch.

The application continuously blinks/flickers and never finishes loading the UI. I can briefly see the mascot and the sidebar, but previous chats and projects never load.

The same OpenAI account works correctly:

• ✅ ChatGPT Web
• ✅ ChatGPT for iPhone (after reinstalling)

The problem only happens on the macOS desktop application.
