hi i have tried to reset limit but it did not reset my limit and my reset gone what should i do now if it not working why reset limit given

What steps can reproduce the bug?

when the limit is around 9 % i click reset and use reset it show it goes up to 100% remaining limit when i again see inside it didn't increases it still on 6% it reduce as i shared screenshot
