What issue are you seeing?

On July 16, 2026, my final Codex rate-limit record showed 46% weekly usage. No further conversations or user-
initiated activity occurred afterward. However, my entire weekly quota later became unavailable.

Please audit the server-side activity after the final 46% record and investigate whether unreported background
tasks or an accounting error consumed the remaining 54%.
