openSUSE Slowroll - Timeout/Curl error 28 accessing update-slowroll metadata via cdn.opensuse.org (Brazil Region)

Description
I am unable to refresh or update the repositories on openSUSE Slowroll. The process fails consistently with a timeout error when attempting to retrieve metadata (primary.xml.zst) via the CDN redirector.

It seems the MirrorCache is redirecting me to a mirror that is either down or extremely slow/unresponsive.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run sudo zypper ref or sudo zypper dup on openSUSE Slowroll.
2. Wait for the connection attempt to the update-slowroll repo.

Observed Result
The operation fails with a curl timeout.

Log / Error Message

Repository 'update-slowroll' is invalid.

Reproduce the failure with sudo zypper ref or sudo zypper dup and inspect the update-slowroll redirect through the cited cdn.opensuse.org URL. Investigate why the Brazil-region redirect reaches an unresponsive mirror; done means repository metadata can be retrieved without Curl error 28.
