slc-mirror.opensuse.org File has unexpected size

I have been trying to install urbackup-server using openSUSE repositories every day or 2 for the last week. Apt is automatically choosing https://slc-mirror.opensuse.org as the mirror to download from, and every time I try it I get the following console error:

Every time I try apt-get update, and I have tried adding --fix-missing. However, none of these options fix the issue. I noticed from a previous issue that the timeout errors on the mirror page are transient, so I am not sure what is causing this. Is there a sync that is in progress for over a week, or is there something else? Please let me know if this should be posted somewhere else as well.
