Description
Going to a download directory without any contents gets a toolkit alert. Probably a better idea is to show nothing or to have some sort of a "No files here" message.
In this case, this was caused by a non-existent package.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the empty-directory behavior with the linked openSUSE download URL and trace where the toolkit alert is generated. Done means an empty or non-existent package directory no longer triggers the alert, instead showing nothing or a clear "No files here" message.
