Description
Let's add a few tests emulating back-transformed diagnostics for Boosted-Frame PIC simulations.
- test base: writing multiple times to different steps until variable is "filled"
- restart: pausing writing, closing a series, and continuing to fill the earlier variables later (as happens during a restart)
