Description
BP5 parameter MaxOpenFilesAtOnce to control how many subfiles to keep open at reading. Useful when running out from file handles at reading.
Let's make sure we can control this from the Python side, so we don't run into `ulimits` in post-processing (e.g., on Jupyter Hubs at NERSC/OLCF).
