Research direction

No documentation file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reviewing the existing Open WebUI documentation and the referenced Grafana dashboard for its expected metrics, then compare that with the monitoring options named in the issue. Done means clear, tested guidance for monitoring the relevant Open WebUI functionality and using the dashboard successfully.
