Description

On Android cptr installed as pwa in Chrome doesn't honor Screen Rotation.

I think the orientation needs to switch to Default as described here:

https://github.com/w3c/manifest/issues/632

https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40286157

Research direction

Start in cptr/app.py around line 373 and compare the current orientation value with the linked Web Manifest and Chromium issues. Reproduce the installed PWA on Android in Chrome with Rotation lock enabled, then verify that the orientation setting allows the screen to honor the lock.
