Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported Python OpenTelemetry instrumentation scenario with Azure Blob operations and inspect the full traceback behind the reported RecursionError. The issue names no files or tests; the work is done when the recursion cause is isolated, the affected behavior is corrected, and the failure has regression coverage.
