Track and record gen_ai.invoke_agent.inference_calls and gen_ai.invoke_agent.tool_calls on AgentInvocation in Qwen Agent instrumentation.

Trace how agent invocations are recorded, then add the inference-call and tool-call values for the two named gen_ai.invoke_agent metrics.
