Description
Track and record gen_ai.invoke_agent.inference_calls and gen_ai.invoke_agent.tool_calls on AgentInvocation in Agno instrumentation.

Research direction
Start with the Agno instrumentation implementation for AgentInvocation and review the related work in #597. Identify how invocation data is currently recorded, then ensure inference and tool call counts are captured as the two named attributes. Done means both attributes are recorded for agent invocations and the relevant tests pass.
