Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing FastStream's APIs and the existing, unmaintained instrumentation, then determine the scope and requirements for an OpenTelemetry-maintained implementation. Done means a reliable, up-to-date instrumentation is available and its behavior is covered by appropriate tests.
