Then inspect EngineTracer.remove_all_event_listeners in instrumentation/opentelemetry-instrumentation-sqlalchemy/src/opentelemetry/instrumentation/sqlalchemy/engine.py and the uninstrument path. Done means the reported metrics tests and teardown pass reliably in that environment.
