Research direction

Start in the opentelemetry-instrumentation-falcon package by reading its existing WSGI instrumentation and the Falcon ASGI application API linked in the issue. Trace an ASGI request through the current instrumentation and identify the relevant tests; done means falcon.asgi applications produce exported traces without breaking WSGI support.
