Research direction
Start by reading opentelemetry-instrumentation/src/opentelemetry/instrumentation/bootstrap_gen.py at lines 180-181 and inspect why a Pydantic installation suggests tortoiseOrm instrumentation. Reproduce the bootstrap suggestion behavior and confirm whether that recommendation is intentional; done means the resulting suggestion matches the intended dependency relationship.
