Description
Wanted to instrument bottle app but there is no bottle instrumentor.
Would be great to have BottleInstrumentor just like we have for Flask, Django etc.
Used OpenTelemetryMiddleware for wsgi apps but had to write some custom logic to exclude some URLs from instrumentation.
