Description
Hey!
I can't seem to get the WSGI instrumentation to respect the X-Amzn-Trace-Id header.
I'm aware there are possibly similar issues such as:
- https://github.com/aws-observability/aws-otel-collector/issues/738
I'm not sure where the best place for this issue is? If someone could point me in the right direction I might be able to create a PR.
Thanks

Research direction
Start at the WSGI instrumentation entry point and trace how request headers are extracted. Determine the expected handling for X-Amzn-Trace-Id and identify coverage for AWS Application Load Balancer trace context; done means the header is respected and the behavior is verified.
