Description

Describe the solution you'd like

An equivalent of https://www.npmjs.com/package/@opentelemetry/instrumentation-graphql for graphql-python

Describe alternatives you've considered

Right now most tracing approaches are library-specific and none properly measure async execution (at least without degrading performance).

Research direction

Start by comparing the requested npm package with the Ariadne, Strawberry, and Datadog implementations linked in the issue. Determine the graphql-python integration point and how async execution should be traced without degrading performance. Done means equivalent GraphQL instrumentation is implemented and its async behavior is covered by tests.
