Description

The DevEx SIG keeps having a read.ai AI bot joining our weekly meeting.
We can "opt out" to have the robot leave the meeting. But AI bots should be opt-in, not opt-out.

Research direction

Start with the linked Slack thread to understand the existing read.ai opt-out behavior and the DevEx SIG's discussion. Determine what change would make AI bots opt-in rather than opt-out, and consider the work complete when that behavior is agreed and documented or implemented.
