Description
Currently @chalin @austinlparker and I are listed as "owners" of netlify in the assets.md, this is not reflecting what I see in netlify. I think we need to clean this up:
- There are members of CNCF as owners, which should be listed in the assets.md as well and remain so
- There are current and former TC+GC members listed as owners, this needs to be reviewed
- @austinlparker @cartermp and I are "developers", i.e. not owners of that org.
- other @open-telemetry/docs-maintainers (@tiffany76 , @theletterf , @vitorvasc ) do not have access as of today.

Research direction
Start with assets.md and compare its listed Netlify owners with the current Netlify organization access described in the issue. Verify CNCF owners, review current and former TC+GC members, and check docs-maintainer access; done means assets.md reflects the verified owners and the access discrepancy is resolved or clearly recorded.
