Description
Hello!
I am facing a problem with stopping and restarting mgmt-hub containers using the -S and -s flags. After I stop them with the -S and try to restart with -s, the CSS container is marked as unhealthy. I dont know if it has any effect, but the vault container is never in healthy state, not before and not after the restart.
Does anyone has any idea what I am doing wrong?

Research direction
Start by locating the shell entry point that implements the -S and -s flags for mgmt-hub, then inspect how the CSS and vault container health states are checked after a restart. Reproduce the stop-and-restart sequence and compare the resulting health output with the screenshots. Done means the failure is explained and the affected startup or health-check behavior is corrected and verified.
