Description
It would be neat if we were able to measure:
a. How many OONI Run link clicks resulted in a measurement being triggered
b. How many OONI Run link clicks resulted in an app install (and then a measurement run)
I guess this would entail collecting some metrics on the ooni run service on a per click basis.
