Description

This issue is about improving torsf to use the "event channel" API introduced in Snowflake v2.1.0. We discussed introducing this API in https://github.com/ooni/probe/issues/2004#issuecomment-1032838267. We'll close this issue when we'll have added support for this API to torsf and we'll have modified the spec accordingly.
