Description
During the OONI Partner Training 2021, participants mentioned that we should improve the visibility of the country case studies included under the Highlights section of the OONI Explorer homepage.
From an accessibility perspective, some of the text is hard to read with a color background. Maybe try colorizing the border instead of the background of each tile? Or some other UI designs.
