Description
Remove unused roles, review roles from https://github.com/ooni/sysadmin
- https://github.com/ooni/devops/pull/452
- https://github.com/ooni/devops/pull/455
- vendor https://github.com/idealista/clickhouse_role/pull/80 - fixes compatibility with debian trixie
- update ansible-galaxy dependencies, e.g. https://github.com/nginx/ansible-role-nginx/pull/916. It might be possible to use the debian version of nginx as the packaged version should contain the features we are using
