Description
The Tiny Yolo V3 model, for example has very specific python code needed to preprocess the image. I was wondering if there is something equivalent for Tiny Yolo V2.

Research direction
The issue names the Tiny Yolo V2 model and compares it with the Tiny Yolo V3 example, but it names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the Tiny Yolo V2 model documentation and the Tiny Yolo V3 preprocessing example; done means documenting the equivalent Tiny Yolo V2 preprocessing guidance.
